Mimi is a graduate student currently pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counselling. She has worked as a resident patient associate in various levels of care for individuals with eating disorders, and uses both her lived experience and academic knowledge to share about eating disorders and OCD. Mimi also loves coffee shops, writing and reading, and connecting with new people.

Mimi Cole is founder of The Lovely Becoming, a powerful, welcoming community of people who care about body acceptance and respect, eating in a way that feels good to their bodies, and who value self-care, rest, and openness. Mimi is host of the Lovely Becoming Podcast which focuses on eating disorders and OCD.
