Kaysha Thomas is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Pilates instructor who specialises in eating disorders & disordered eating, body image healing, and helping people build a positive relationship with food and their body. Kaysha believes in a person-centred, trauma-informed approach: One size does not fit all. She is a champion for the idea that food does not need to be scary, and that it’s more than just fuel.

Kaysha is passionate about anti-racism work and is involved in mental health work, particularly in the Black community.
