Dr Aric Sigman is an American researcher interested in preventing certain conditions in young people and children, such as excessive screen time and screen disorder. Dr Sigman lectures on health education in schools and in universities, including UCL and to NHS doctors. He is passionate about the health impacts of excessive recreational screen time, the night time use of screens, and alcohol consumption.

Dr Sigman writes and teaches on these topics, and has written five books. He spends his time giving talks to schools, peer reviewing and writing scientific studies, and travelling all over the world to volunteer and learn about different cultures and counties.
